How paying for OrbVPN works, how to stop paying, and when you can get a refund.

OrbVPN has a free plan. Use it to check that the app works on your devices and your network before you pay anything.
Web plans are one-time payments
A plan bought on orbvpn.com is paid once for the term you choose. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: when the term ends, your account moves back to the free plan unless you buy again.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google. Their refund rules apply and refund requests go to them. Renewals and cancellations of those purchases are managed in your Apple or Google account.
Other refund requests
For payments made to us directly, refund requests are handled case by case. Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, we honor it.
How to ask
Email support@orbvpn.com from the email address on your account, include your order details, and tell us what happened.
